this app is so incredibly helpful in syncing our orders between shopify and qbo, save so much time. they are quick to resolve issues, I just had a very helpful interaction with Sherwin, thank you :-)

While the app recognizes the deposits, it doesn't record the sales tax. Why would an accounting company make an app that doesn't record sales tax on the transactions.
Hi there, we have notified our integration experts team to get in out with you directly to assist. Sales tax will be handled as part of the integration as long as you have properly configured sales tax to be recorded on your Shopify sales. On my first day using QuickBooks Online for my business, I quickly noticed that the numbers literally were not adding up. Gross amounts were showing lower than net amounts, fees were missing, and several transactions were not categorizing or reconciling correctly. Needless to say, it was frustrating trying to sort through everything as a new user. I opened the chat support box and was connected with Nick. From the very beginning, Nick was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to explain what was happening, walked me through the issues clearly, and helped me better understand how QBO and Shopify integrations function together. What stood out most was his calm and helpful attitude. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed, even with multiple questions. If all customer service representatives were like Nick, customer support everywhere would be a much better experience. Thank you again, Nick, for your professionalism and excellent support.

I've been having a few issues with confirming and Chelle has been able to help with any and all issues. Thank you Next day a very small issue and Ivy was able to assist with great ease. Same day Sam was helpful in updated information on my ticket.

Valerie and Sam have been responsive and helpful so far, but we are long way from fixing my books after I did the suggested upgrade 6 months ago and have been getting duplicate and often incorrect transactions synced to my QBO. We have a lot of clean up to do, but hopefully they can get it sorted for me.

This app is super helpful, although I've had a few problems with data syncing lately. However, Ruth has been super helpful in working with me to resolve the issues
