Sam was great very helpful! clear and fast. knew exactly how to solve the problem i had.
QuickBooks is always great at supporting small businesses. I was on a call with Jebran who did a great job making sure all my problems were resolved. I was extremely busy but he took his time and stayed on the call until the situation was resolved. He was thorough and found other avenues to fix the problem.
I worked on my "for Review" tab for over an hour today due to one error that Nick was able to help me find in just minutes! He was so helpful and asked great questions so I could take each step and ask questions along the way! My "for review" tab is CLEARED! YAHOO! The customer support is top notch! I was worried bc they only have the chat option. (I like to actually talk to a human), but NICK was really a HUMAN!
Rods helped me re-sync a product so that an order could come over in the integration. All is well now because of their help! Thank you!

The app was easy to connect and helped us test syncing Shopify B2B orders into QuickBooks as invoices. Product matching by SKU worked well, which is helpful for improving invoice accuracy and AR tracking. We are still reviewing the payment status sync, but overall the setup has been useful so far.

Sherwin is very helpful, and I give Sherwin 5 stars for his help! My 3 Star Rating is because I'm unable to log in to QB after trying multiple browsers, including incognito mode, due to a random error. I also have now been dealing with the 3rd broken integration with Shopify, where it now records individual transactions instead of payouts. I'm missing a significant portion of net sales that are not being reported to QB... will try to reach out again once I can log back into my account.

This connector breaks CONSTANTLY. We have to create cases with QBO at least 3-4 times a month. Shame this app is still available, it simply sucks and is NOT reliable.

NICK was amazing at helping me sync orders that haven't been invoiced yet as there was an issue with one of our products that it wasn't invoicing the orders.
