Thank you so much to Sam for all your help. I am completely new to this and had no idea what i was doing. Sam was extremely patient and guided me through each step.
Finally got some assistance from quickbooks thanks to Hensleigh who fixed my problem! Thank you so much Hensleigh! Seriously so happy to have my problem corrected after 8 months.
The app is missing some key details for personalization as other users have expressed. There was an issue with how discounts were being accounted for in relation to the net amount for transactions. I was unable to resolve it myself, but luckily Francis from the support team was super helpful. Issue was resolved within the same day!
Shopify transactions not syncing due to tax selection issue. Hopefully this will be fix asap as it had delayed posting transactions since 07/30/2026. One and half month now. Thank you.
quick books is fine but the new connector and even the old one is absolutely horrible with the new connector they have change things that we had to do wit the old one to make it work and now we have to re vamp how we do everything from deposits to adding product they have essentially added a tonne of work I would drop quickbooks in a hot minute but there is so much work to do if we change the connector app SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
