Sherwin jumped on and assisted and after noticing my account had some syncing errors that needed to be cleared! Fixed quickly and was very polite and professional

We recently connected our Shopify with Quickbooks online to ensure seamless sync with the numbers. We however noticed that some transactions were not moving into Quickbooks and reached out to the support team. We got assigned to Jebran, who was very resourceful, supportive and patient with us as we tried to figure out where the challenge was and automated the sync from their end to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate their speedy response and coming through for us through Jebran. A happy customer this one.

Jebran was helpful. Unfortunately, it was identified as a new issue and it has been escalated to development team. Initial sync and connection was good but the app requested a resync, and I can't change the settings. Still syncing though.

0 stars, new connector completely broke integration between QB and Shopify. New version was forced to the customers without prior testing. Case is open for almost a month, support bouncing to each other, now completely stopped replying, there is a long list of bugs reported to them and no workaround, back to rekeying everything manually. Bring back the old connector! At least it worked.

Leaving a 5-star review for the customer service only - not the new app. Big shout out to Nick for the great service and for helping me reconnect my Shopify store to the old (original) version of the app. I feel the same as many others in saying that the new app version was rushed and removed a lot of functionality, which is turn did not meet my needs. Nick helped get things set up they were previously and stayed with me throughout the process to ensure everything was working properly. Great work Nick!

Francis was quick to fix the problem I had with syncing the files with quickbook. Very satisfied with his efficiency in solving my issues.

Wen requested a review before he fixed my issue the new connector update is horrible and it still isn't' working correctly. I've been in the support queue twice for hours with no help. The integration app does not work anymore since they did the update in January. Horrible product and customer service.

I'm a bookkeeper with 4 of my clients using Shopify and more coming. For those having issues with the new connector, I hope you can work you way through the new process, I spoke to two customer service agents today. WEN was helpful and had a good attitude. New Connector issues: I actually like the new connector, the old one had other issues that were very frustrating and time consuming, we used the 'payout only' option, but the sales were either input with "HST EXEMPT (Purchases)" or "Out of Scope", so we couldn't use the QuickBooks Sales Tax screen properly. We took our time to change all those Sales back to "HST EXEMPT (Sales)", because our clients usually had two to 5 avenues of income and we needed to see the total sales. Then we simply input a journal entry for the sales tax from shopify (the connector did not bring over the taxes). So, with the new connector, we choose to bring in all sales, turned off product tracking because that information is in Shopify anyways if needed, and then each sale is imported as a sales receipt to Undeposited Funds, matched to each payout to the bank. It can be very quick to verify that all the sales receipts and payouts match, and the whole process is a lot smoother for us. The hiccup I had today - One of our clients with 4000+ product/service items had nearly 200 products as 'inventory' instead of 'non-inventory', which I did not notice at first. This is where we turned off product tracking, deleted all those sales receipts and payouts, and requested re-sync. The first person I spoke with seemed to believe I was talking about the old connector, or didn't seem to understand the question - I honestly didn't look at the inventory items and neither did they. I spent nearly 2 hours on chat between the two, and although it will take another 3-4 hours for the sync to actually come through, I can say I feel confident with Saasant's syncing capability. We've used the saasant tool Saasant Transactions to move clients between QuickBooks accounts a few times now.

I am giving 12/10 for my experience with Francis in customer support. He delt with a disastrous app upgrade that developers PUSHED. I have never experienced such a bad roll out. NO WARNING. IMPOSING NEW GLS!. Not working fully, causing paralysis, nothing could sync. It was pretty impressive how bad they got it. I hope they learn and take the feedback and design something better. They cost us money & lost trust in their product. I don't want to hear a "we are sorry to hear this feedback" That just feels patronising.. Honesty would be refreshing. like..."We Messed Up"

Jasmin helped us revert the shopfy connect app to the older version which is a great help as the new version had so many issues and I had to manully enter all shopify sales. Thank you Jasmin!

This app did an automatic update and made a mess of things. However, in chatting with Sam from the "integration transactions" chat link he was able to revert me back to the previous version so that transactions are lumped together. So the 5 stars is for the old connection, not the new.

I have used the app for over 5 years. This morning when I tried to launch the app I get error messages telling me to contact support. After a considerable amount of time with support, I got a "solution" to copy and paste a link into an incognito window from now on when I want to sync my data. How is this even a thing? At best this is a BAD work around. The app was working fine on Friday and today it is not. What happened?
