I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m really impressed. The synchronization works incredibly well, it’s almost instant. Whenever there’s an error, the app makes it very easy to identify and fix it. I also had an excellent support experience with Sherwin. He helped me realize that some of my transactions hadn’t been recorded because they were marked as unpaid a long time ago. Thanks to his guidance, everything is now fully resolved. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Great app, great support, and highly recommended. Thank you, Sherwin!

Sherwin was quick to reach out when there was an error on my connector app. He walked me through setting up my tax codes correctly and was super quick! Awesome customer service!

Sherwin was very helpful and patient. Integration and sycronizatoin has not been easy, but they responded quickly and immediately escalated the issue to their development team.

App suit well my need and the interface is user friendly, notification are always on point when something block in the transfer. Customer service is proactive. The only issue is when you do an exchange on the same invoice in shopify, they do not transfer the exchange and it need to be manually done in quickbook. This is a great feature to have on shopify but unfortunately it add up a lot of data correction on Quickbook. Easy way is to use the refund + new order. Hope they will develop this feature soon, to change my review to 5 stars !

The global connector has all the features we need to sync Shopify transactions to Quickbooks online. Rods provided quick help for a sync error!
