new to both QBO and Shpopify. have struggled with getting the integration to work. some of our first order got stuck and we have struggled to resolve the issue. I was going crazy, but then Francis from Customer Support reached out to me via a chat. timing was perfect. I was ready to throw up my hands, but she reached out, offered support and was able to help resolve some of the immediate issues and has helped escalate the trouble initial orders. GREAT experience with Francis from customer support. Support is key. as long as there is qualified and professional support issues can get resolved. Francis and her efforts are keeping me from looking for a different platform. Very optomistic.
