I contacted Support for an Shopify/QBO integration issue and was promptly connect with BEN. He spent a good amount of time working with me and helped me understand the app. As well he patiently helped me to reconnect the Shopify App to my Clients QBO account as these was an issue with the Client's bank feeds.
