Wow!!! I just worked with Francis in Customer Support and it was the BEST experience ever. I have been struggling for days to figure out the set up for Syncing between Shopify and QuickBooks only to keep hitting hurtles. One chat and Francis got me all set up. It literally saved me hours and days!!! Thank you Francis.... You're the BEST. I have also worked with Jenny who was also very helpful in getting my sync up to date!
