Nick has been incredibly helpful , initially i resolve my own issue but he probe me to wait and test single transaction before bulk syncing, which fortunatly i did as there were some other issues which required fixing such as rounding etc. he went the extra mile and help guide me step by step - i really felt the support was geniune and very professional.
