I have been using QBO for a few years and just had an amazing experience while using the OneSaaS app to address a small issue with the syncing between QBO and Shopify. I managed to fix it easily enough, then a customer service person called Jasmin popped up on the chat tool. She asked if I needed help with anything else, as the initial problem was fixed, so I asked about a few of the syncing options in the OneSaaS app as they looked potentially useful but I didn't know much about them. Long story short, I now have the Shopify fees and refund receipts automatically syncing with QBO. These two things have caused me so much work to manually achieve over the years, so I am incredibly grateful to Jasmin for taking the time to explain how they worked and getting them set up for me - it will save me so much time! Jasmin, thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!
