I had the best customer service experience of my life. Rods was incredibly patient, polite and genuinely determined to solve the problem, sometimes even more than I was. At one point, I was ready to give up, but Rods encouraged me to hold on while he tried a few more solutions, and it worked. Absolutely a 5-star service, without any doubt.
