Quantum Paint review for QuickBooks Online

I have an issue with product mapping and got on a chat. I was shocked when it was an actual person on the other end. Ruth was great. She took ownership to resolve my issue and even though it's not currently resolved, she committed to send me a follow up email this afternoon on it's status.
