Ornemoi review for QuickBooks Online

Used this for years. The new version broke it. The recent update rebuilt the integration and it's a step backwards for us. It created its own income and fee accounts instead of using ours, so our Shopify revenue is now split across two accounts in the middle of our fiscal year. Every sale comes in under a generic "Shopify customer" with a generic "Shopify sales item", so customer names and products are gone from our books. You can't choose between invoice and sales receipt anymore, the dropdown has one option. We're heading into our busiest season and now looking at other accounting software.
