Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had- Thank you Troy! I needed some advice on syncing the data from Shopify to QB and had run into some trouble with the selection I had made and resulting journal entries. Within a minute, Troy was available on the chat. He quickly understood my issue and provided detailed alternatives and ultimately an excellent recommendation.
