I won't use this app anymore. I recently discovered a pricing discrepancy on your platform. The price changed from 19.9 to 9.9, but I still have to pay the original 19.9 amount. I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me. I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized. I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.

Regarding the charge for the new pricing plan, please let us clarify it a bit: If the new pricing plan is applied, you might need to subscribe to the new paid plan in order to apply the new charge. When you contact our team about the pricing, our support team needs to consult your case with a higher department in order to send you a refund.
