I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me. I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized. I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.
