We used Qikify Upsell for over two years as a paying subscriber, primarily for promotions involving free gifts. Unfortunately, the app became increasingly unreliable and caused serious problems for our store. The biggest issue was that customers would add qualifying products to their carts, but the promised free gifts would sometimes fail to be added to the cart. Customers would then receive their orders without the promotional items they were expecting. This resulted in frustrated customers, bad reviews, lost repeat business, and significant lost revenue for our store. We repeatedly contacted Qikify support when these issues occurred. Their team would make changes and attempt fixes, but the same types of errors continued to happen. At that point, we could no longer trust the app to correctly execute promotions for our customers. This is especially frustrating because these weren't minor cosmetic glitches. The app was directly affecting our customers' orders and our reputation. We ultimately had no choice but to uninstall it to prevent further damage. After being a paying subscriber for more than two years and experiencing substantial losses as a result of these recurring issues, we were extremely disappointed that Qikify did not offer any meaningful or reasonable compensation for the problems and resulting lost revenue. We understand that software can have bugs, but when an app is responsible for adding promotional products to customer orders, reliability is critical. Repeated failures that directly impact customers and revenue need to be taken much more seriously. Our experience ultimately wasn't worth the cost or the risk to our business. We would strongly recommend thoroughly testing any Qikify promotion before relying on it for an important customer-facing offer.

Aucune assistance le week-end alors qu'il y a un bug de l'application. Le panier coulissant ne s'affiche plus. J'utilise deux de vos applications et je paye en conséquence. C'est la déception assurée, obligé d'attendre lundi que le problème soit réglé.
We now have 2 apps from this Developer and they've been absolutely exceptional with their support and even customised both apps so they work and integrate seamlessly with our theme. Both upsell products and product options now look like they're fully integrated into the theme - thats what I call support service. Don't hesitate and try these guys out!
