Doens't work as intended out of nothing (Cart upsell) and support is slow and not available during European business hours.

We tested the free plan to understand its functionality, but it didn't specify that the display wouldn't be visible on the storefront until after troubleshooting with customer support. She said only the paid plan can see but I didn't see the app works even in the theme editor. This wasted our time, really.

We used this app for a long time and relied heavily on it to manage our product bundles. It had been a core part of our setup, and everything worked fine — until a critical issue occurred. Due to a bug with the Shopify API integration, none of our bundles worked anymore. We reported it immediately, but even after 24+ hours, the issue was still unresolved. There was no effective fix, no rollback, and no clear communication from support. We run a high-traffic Shopify store with thousands of daily visitors and spend several thousand euros a day on advertising. A non-functioning bundle system is not just inconvenient — it’s a serious financial and reputational risk. After waiting more than a full day with broken bundles live on the store, we had no other choice but to remove the app entirely. A tool that fails like this — with no fast fix or urgent support — is simply not reliable for serious businesses. Extremely disappointing experience after months of trusting this app.

This app is costing us hundreds of Dollars in Shipping and countless angry customers, because it is completally random with applying the bundle. Unreliable - stay away.

I won't use this app anymore. I recently discovered a pricing discrepancy on your platform. The price changed from 19.9 to 9.9, but I still have to pay the original 19.9 amount. I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me. I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized. I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.

better out there, i was using the app for upsell was free for a while..but they charged me to use now without notice, only that my feature is now on a premium plan..not great, changed and uninstalled the day i found out i was charged.

I was tricked with it awesomeness to install this app, the features I wanted are not even available for a trial if you don't upgrade. Complicated to customize and also complicated to just enable on the Shopify editor, I don't need a day to just figure it, Support said we finished today we will email you tomorrow. I should have just hired a developper on Upwork it should've took me less time. And at least not tricked. Very frustrating.
