Very happy with the app. Once you got everything setup, its very easy to work with. Lot of optional settings. Customer Support is fast and very helpful!

I’ve been using the Qstomizer App for my Shopify store, and I absolutely love it! As someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy, I really appreciate how user-friendly and intuitive the interface is. It made setting up product customization options so easy, and I didn’t need any outside help to get everything running smoothly. The app has completely transformed how I offer personalized products to my customers. The customization features are robust and flexible, allowing me to create unique options that my customers really enjoy. Since using Qstomizer, I’ve noticed a significant boost in customer satisfaction, and it’s even helped increase my sales—I’d say by around 50%! One of my favorite things about Qstomizer is how seamlessly it integrates with my Shopify store. It doesn’t disrupt the design or aesthetics of my site at all, and it works perfectly on mobile devices, which is a huge plus since so many of my customers shop on their phones. The developer has also been incredibly responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed adjustments. They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate my specific needs, which has made the experience even better. Overall, I’m really impressed with Qstomizer. It’s been a fantastic addition to my store, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their product customization options. It’s easy to use, effective, and has made a noticeable difference in my business!

The best personalising and customisation app I have found so far. I have tried several and they all have limitations that Qstomizer doesn't. Clean look, fast and supportive customer services, and offering many customisation options.

The app looks cool, but the setup is a bit confusing. My biggest issue is the lack of communication for help. I initially had trouble embedding the app into the site, so I sent an email for help. Right away, Ramon was responsive within the hour to help me get it fixed, which was great. But then I had some questions about certain settings and how to get certain templates set up to the way that I needed them, and no response after that. Over 24 hours later, still no response even after sending 2 follow up emails. The next day, I ended up submitting a new email through the "contact developer" link in the app store, and again received a fast response from Ramon saying that he'll reply off of my other email. I received his response, but it was unclear and also did not answer all of my questions, so I replied off of that email, but it has been over a week and a half and still no response in sight even with follow up emails. I don't have time to be ignored like this, so I'm ultimately moving on due to lack of response for support. ***Adding additional information after developer's response: Developer is claiming that they offer a smooth experience and committed to answering customers as soon as possible. But when I ask a question and over a week goes by with no response, I highly doubt that is a fast response, especially when there is NO RESPONSE AT ALL. After sending a couple follow ups asking to please respond to my email because I'm still confused and I still do not get any response AT ALL, that is still hardly answering my question. I literally had to send another inquiry through the Shopify page instead of the email chain we were originally communicating from to ask to please answer my question and all I got from that inquiry was a "we'll respond to your other email in a moment" and then I received a response from the other email saying "I'm responding to your email now" and they didn't even answer all of my questions that were in there. I wasn't just asking "can I do this or do that" and what features the app does, I was confused and truly didn't understand even after watching the tutorials MULTIPLE TIMES. So I had more questions because I truly didn't understand, but yet I was left disregarded. But ok... chalk me up as a general merchant that doesn't like to check the tutorials. That's far from the truth. I'm the type of person that tries so hard to figure things out on my own so that I don't have to ask for help. If I'm asking for help, it's because I truly need it because I am unable to figure it out on my own. I seriously cannot get over the response from this developer. Had you reached out to apologize and continued to help me, that would have been such an easy fix, but you're trying to play victim (which you're clearly not) instead.

I think i tried all the other customizer apps on here but this one is by far the best one. The support time helps me with everything and setting up all my products was really easy. Great app!

Exceptional Support from Ramon M. Ortigosa and Outstanding App! I recently integrated the Qstomizer app into our Shopify store and encountered a minor issue where our website's header was obstructing the app interface on mobile devices. I reached out to the support team, and Ramon M. Ortigosa was incredibly prompt and professional in assisting me. Ramon responded quickly and not only resolved the header issue remotely but also adjusted our chat button for optimal placement. He even provided a helpful tutorial on linking product variants with the app's templates, which made the process seamless. Qstomizer is the only app I have found that has the flexibility to accommodate the level of customization that we require. Ramon is very fast to help with any issues that may arise. We've been using Qstomizer for years and have been very happy.

The app is good and the customer service is fine. The product is good but we can't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing such as pricing ( Unable to price different images and clip arts - can't make categories with different prices - we cannot use this app as is).

I had some trouble figuring out how to edit the colors of the "customize" button. Unfortunately, it's not intuitive and straight forward for the average person. I've worked with Shopify for many years already and have basic knowledge in code, so it wasn't easy for me. Ramon thankfully was a big help and resolved my issue. He responded very quickly and he was super helpful!

Honestly this is the first thing I've ever reviewed, I have looked at MANY is not all the other product customization apps and this one is beyond underrated and the best one you can get, not only is the customer service amazing and very helpful but the app itself is very very nice...literally exactly everything I was looking for, I promise you will not be disappointed in using this app, highly recommend!

Our setup was a little more complex than most. Ramon has been a huge help and very responsive. I'm impressed with the app. This is something we wanted to do in the past but it required expensive custom software. We never were successful. Having this capability in a low cost app compatible with Shopify is fantastic.
