Just the app I had been looking for to allow customers to take control of their own design process. Still early days on the app but am grateful that Ramon has been so helpful in getting me up and running and also in ironing out some teething issues. I think we will be on the most extensive version of this software before the month is out! Thanks again

So far so good! It's a Lot more simple that other (more expensive) t-shirt building software out there. Ramon is very good about responding to inquiries, and is open to suggestions for improvements.

Product could be great, except it needs more attention to detail. If I create a collage and have customers upload images only in specific areas that I assign, they can only crop the picture, they aren't able to resize. Also, sometimes depending on the picture size, the image uploads sideways. And there is no way to rotate the image once its uploaded to a collage. This is not good for a non-computer savvy customer. Customer support was great right up until I brought up this issue, I even sent snapshots of the problem but was ignored for about a week. It was only when I asked if my email was ever going to be answered that I got a response right away. Reply said these issues were going to be fixed but did not specify when. Update: I will explain why I am giving 3 stars. Star removed because there is no way to rotate image once it's placed in collage area. If a non-computer savvy customer uploads image how are they going to be able to make the collage image upright? Star removed because I didn't get a response in timely manner, and would probably have never gotten a response if I hadn't emailed again. This is my review, not saying it's a bad product, I was very impressed by it and a lot better than most. If the customer support had been there it would've gotten 4 stars.

Perfect for what I needed. Excellent customer service, I'm not an expert with coding but Ramon helped me through the process and it works great!

I have been using the Qstomizer app now for a couple of weeks while creating my new ecommerce store for customized/personalized products and I absolutely love this app! When my store was in Magento I tried 2 different creators for customer customized apps and had great difficulty understanding all the steps just to create the template let alone to get it to work in my store. I have had a couple of questions through the installation and testing of the app and Ramon has been spot on extremely quick with his answers and responses. I would definitely recommend this app for any custom or personalization business.

App is very useful, easy to implement into the store and easy to use for customers to create customised t-shirts. Very happy with it. By the way, support is the best. Ramon helped us a lot during installation. There is no better similar app.

Love this app, it does everything I wanted it to, but most importantly is the amazing support. Above and beyond, very helpful. I tested out all the other customization apps and they don't do nearly as much as this... there is no comparison. this app is worth every penny!

Fantastic app, initially some trouble due to conflicting apps but Ramon spent hours hunting down the problem and to resolve it for me. This was an error unique to me only, so it was a big chunk of time to spend on one customer. I'm really very grateful! This level of support is outstanding. The app itself works very well on desktop and mobile. Having looked at all the Shopify customizer apps, I am very glad I chose this one!

Ramon is amazing! The app works flawlessly and after just a few emails Ramon had everything customized exactly how I wanted it. Support is perfect and the App is great.

Support, Support, Support. Ramon was beyond responsive to all my questions. I'm not a designer and was uncomfortable adding code to my website. Ramon took an hour of his time and walked me step by step through the whole process via a one on one live chat. Who does that anymore...Qstomizer does...I'd give them a 10 Star review if I could.

This app is exactly what I have been looking for. I have been testing it with my customers and so far all I have had is positive reviews. If you need your customers to be able customize online you have found an excellent solution with this app. Ramon has provided excellent support in a timely manner. Usually quicker than expected. He seems happy to help no matter how little one may know about building a site.
