This app is packed with great features for managing my store, but what truly stands out is the "exceptional customer support. I recently needed help with a specific feature, and the support representative (Anne - a true star!) went above and beyond to assist me. I have setup the rule for my website and it's was easy and it is working properly, the OC support team was very helpful, I have some questions and they resolved everything and even give me some more solutions and suggestions that help me a lot. Definitely worth it.

Good when it works, but randomly stops working at times. Unreliable, which is very bad for business.
