Just installed app and had a small problem I could not figure out regarding the discount not showing properly. Katy on the support team fixed it within a few minutes while I was on my drive home. So far so good! Thank you!

Only used this app for a week so far but the support from Ryan has been brilliant, helping us ensure the app is on brand for our website. Also offered support for CSV imports to help with our 900+ price break rules. Reasonably priced too!

Ryan assisted me in getting my most challenging product into my shopify store. My issue was that I am selling Pin Buttons in Assorted Sizes. So basically I have 3 different size buttons but customer can mix sizes and quantities if they get a minimum of 100. Goal was reached and I am quite satisfied. I've been putting this off since I had a few false starts trying to do this. However, someone I know wants to place an order so I had to get this done tonight.

This app has helped me a lot in applying minimum quantity limits to my Shopify store. The core features work well, and it definitely solves an important problem for my shop. However, I think the app still needs some updates. Currently, I cannot apply conditions based on collections, and there is no include/exclude condition option yet. Adding these features would make the app much more powerful and flexible. On the positive side, their support team is truly amazing. The support assistant Katyyy was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Her guidance made the setup so much easier.

we are in testing phase, and we canceled the subscription after one month and 4 days , and before shopify even sent us new month bill, the app cs refused to refund the subscription for and they says we used the app for 4 days in the billing cycle! now we payed for two months subscription.

After reviewing your account, the subscription was activated and used during a full billing period. When the app was cancelled, it was already 4 days into the next billing cycle, which is why Shopify automatically recorded usage for that new cycle. According to Shopify’s billing system and policies, charges are generated once a new cycle starts, even if the app is used for only a short time during that period. That said, we completely understand how this can feel unfair, especially while you were still in a testing phase. This is not the experience we want for our users, and we’re sorry that we weren’t able to communicate this more clearly at the time. We’ve already reached out (or are happy to reach out) to review your case again and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right within Shopify’s billing limitations.
