Orichi Quantity Breaks app has been a very helpful and efficient tool in offering custom deals in my Shopify store for the last 5 years I have used it. Customer service is superb whenever I need assistance. One recent concern I had was addressed by Ryan who went above and beyond, very understanding, considerate and compassionate in dealing with my request. Highly recommended!

Highly Customisable & Exceptionally Supported! We’ve been using OC Quantity Breaks & Limit to manage bulk discounts and restrict certain products to one per customer—and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The app is incredibly flexible and does exactly what we need. I noticed a small issue recently, and Ryan from support had it fixed in under five minutes. That kind of speed and service is rare and really appreciated. If you're looking for a reliable, customisable solution with top-tier support, this app is a winner!

Easy to use, I had a slight problem with upgrading, but the problem was at my end and they helped me solve it with speed and courtesy.

I needed to set a minimum order quantity for products in a collection and this app worked great. I did have a couple problems with the rule syncing but the interaction with their customer support has been smooth and quick to fix the issue.
