OC Quantity Breaks Order Limit

Orichi was fesponsive and helpful in trying to figure out an issue I had with my shopify variants. Turned out to be coming from how I set the variants up with locations and shipping profiles. Had us all stumped for a long time. Had nothing to do with this app. This is the 2nd time they have helped me figure something like this out.

App does what it is intended to do. Ryan has been very helpful in customer service. Only thing that would improve the app is the ability to import product limit rules.

Very diligent and attentive to our requirements, and were able to make relevant changes for us with minimum fuss.

Excellent support from Ryan! We had an issue where our quantity discount campaigns appeared active in the app, but the discounts were not being applied in the cart or at checkout. Ryan investigated the issue, kept us updated, and successfully resolved it. Everything is now working correctly. Very responsive, professional, and helpful support. Highly recommended!

My web developer initially installed the Quantity Breaks app for me on the free plan with one quantity break. Since I wanted to use more quantity breaks and have a large number of products in my store, I was looking for an easy way to set everything up in bulk. After upgrading, creating the quantity breaks was super easy. I initially had some trouble with the bulk setup, but the support was excellent. Communication was quick and straightforward, and Ryan personally helped me get everything set up exactly the way I wanted. Everything is now working perfectly. The app is easy to use, works great, and the support is outstanding. Highly recommended!
