Unfortunately the app didn't have the sophistication in discount logic I required, but the support provided by their helpdesk (especially Ryan) was always fantastic. Ryan was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Thank you Ryan.

Excellent experience all-around! We've tried a number of tiered pricing apps and this one has worked better than all of them. We've also had a number of customization requests. Ryan and the dev team have been quick to accommodate and patient through multiple rounds of tweaking. We're really excited to finally get tiered pricing live on our website!

Didn't end up using the app, but Ryan with customer support was quick to reply in a kind and efficient manner, even on a holiday afternoon! May revisit if the app is ever updated to a more compatible design for my site.
