This is THE Shopify -> QBO sync app. We have used dozens, and this is hands down the best. Not only that, but the support staff is SUPER quick to respond, and they have even added a small feature for us within 24 hours. Incredible. Update: I have dealt with the team on numerous occasions since this post, and have nothing but the best to say. They are super responsive, and very understanding.

This is a great and simple app. Takes 5 mins to setup and does exactly what it's supposed to do, save's our accountant a lot of work. Tech support is always available to help when you need it.

QB Bridge has been a fantastic app for syncing my Shopify store with QB. It was easy to connect and the customer service is excellent. Now my programs work seamlessly together making ordering and accounting so much easier to manage!!! Highly recommend.

I've used this app for a few years now. It has made our bookkeeping so much more efficient. The staff have responded quickly when help has been needed and have gone beyond expectations. Like all apps, there is a learning curve to set-up and (rarely) glitches. I HIGHLY recommend this company and app.

This app has been horrible, constantly messing up the sync from our shopify inventory and our Quickbooks, Actually made our book keeper so frustrated she quit. I have been trying to get it to sync properly, and it will work great for a week or so and then goes astray again. Please HELP!!!!

Great app. Everything works good and the staff respond very fast and they are very cooperative. Some features would be nice if they can be added in the near future like seeing which items are inactive and have sync issues between QBO and shopify so that we can prevent unsynced orders from happening, or the price sync for products in the way that if the price of a product changes on Quickbooks the same happens for the shopify product with the same name.

I use this app -as it does the job it is designed to do, it's cost effective and the customer service is great. I had an issue setting up and they responded and got it working right away.

Really great team. There are bugs every now and then (like most apps) but their team is very quick to help out and make sure everything is running smoothly.

this app seem to be the only app to work for the need we have. We only want specific wholesale orders for Net customers to sync to quickbooks as an invoice but not all orders. this app allows us too do so. and the customer service has been great he has helped us resolve and request we have had for order sync. Definitely recommend

Finally I have Shopify talking to QBO, which is amazing. Quickbooks bridge is a great value and their customer service is very helpful. Unfortunately, you are not able to get instantaneous answers, but they answer thoroughly and seem to really listen to your needs. They even built in a feature upon request which allows you to just hit a button and sync your quantities from QBO into Shopify thereby making the process easier when you receive inventory. Things that I wish were built in... a way for customer notes to transfer from Shopify to QBO. I also think they could have a bit more information available on how to use/set up the app so you wouldn't have to get as much help from them when you have questions. I do think they might be building this out more. All in all, I am quite happy with the app and I think it will continue to get better as they seem to listen to their clients. If I could have given them 4.5 stars I would have.

The app is really helpful when it's working. Whenever we have a questions or problem with the setting, Kumar at the QuickBooks Desktop Bridge team is very helpful. He always respond promptly and he has the magic to solve the problem. Thank you!

I have been using Quickbooks Bridge for several months. We operate a retail music store with a Shopify eComm site and Shopify POS. Quickbooks Bridge has worked flawlessly since we did our first sync. The amount of time this app has saved me is staggering. Anytime I have contacted their support with questions (only a couple of times) they have responded quickly. I absolutely recommend this app - 5+ Stars.

The sync between Shopify & Quickbooks Online was really easy w/Bridge. QBO is a bit wonky, but Bridge's customer support was AMAZING! Highly recommend this app.

Really great app and customer service. We had an issue with the Shopify item names not matching QB but it was an easy fix that the customer service team helped us resolve. Now it is working perfectly and orders are entered daily and saves me many hours a month manually entering in orders. They also have helped me in addition to just initial setup. Great app and great customer service.

The app is performing exactly as described and will save us a huge amount of time since we no longer need to capture our Shopify sales into our accounting package. It is now all automated. To add to this, the support is outstanding if you have any queries.

Edited: I love their customer support! They are responsive to requests and communicate very well about their intentions. They implement new features whenever possible. Customer support is top notch! The app behaves as expected and is reliable and dependable. It can handle company names being pulled from the billing address if you need to deal with resellers and dropshippers. It can handle restricting the sync to only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders. It does not support tags which is too bad. My only pet peeve is that there are many tweaks available in order to have the app behave just as you want it, but those tweaks are not accessible directly. I have to request whether what I need is possible and then Parex implements it. Thankfully they are very very responsive, usually within less than 24 hours. I just wish I had more direct control. Best customer support I've seen.
