Hi, I have written 3 emails about this problem but never received a reply. Orders are currently not going through to QB, error states record already exists yet there are no details of the customer or the order in QB.

I had problems with the native quickbooks app whilst syncing orders. We use a global check out service so needed only to sync UK orders as international order reconciliation was done manually. The team put in a code to filter the orders and solved the problem. They are very responsive and efficient. I'd highly recommend.

I use this app on a daily basis, it's an amazing app. Works great! I wanted a few customizations for my account, the email support team was fast and great, they helped me with all that I requested.

I wish I had discovered this app earlier!! We spent so much time having our bookkeeper manually map SKUs and categorizing to the right accounts because the previous app we used couldn't get this job done. Also, wonderful customer service!

This app works well for syncing all of our data into Quickbooks for easy accounting. I would recommend it to anyone who has basic Quickbooks requirements but it does not allow for advanced customizations or workflows.

The App has worked well for us. While there have been a few issues with SKUs not synching right for us (some of them self inflicted), the QuickBooks Bridge support team has been very responsive and fixed every issue we have run across.

I used this App to sync my Shopify store website and POS transactions to QuickBooks Online. It works well and set-up was easy. We notified the developer of an issue with how POS transactions were syncing into QuickBooks regarding sales tax calculations. I figured they would place a fix on their list of future changes, but they surprised me and corrected the issue right away, even making a subsequent change when the first update was not working exactly as I expected. They exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend BridgeApp. Besides offering a very affordable solution the App comes with a stellar support team. Each question is answered promptly. Each issue we had, due to our own mistakes made while setting up the inventory items, was resolved with their help. It is a pleasure working with skilled people and a great product.

After trying many apps with either limited success or disastrous results, I had pretty low expectations coming into Bridge. Not only did the team help get both of my websites onboarded, but they helped with a number of self-inflicted mis-steps along the way. They went above and beyond to get me set up properly, answering every question I had. The product itself just works, and very well at that. Cant recommend this product & team enough!

Best among the lower-priced QBO sync apps we've tried. We get some issues with orders that have been modified (items removed, refunds, etc.) but overall works well for most of our orders. Would recommend!

Kumar has been great in helping me fix the issues for our company. We had some issues setting up our account, because we have a unique way of matching our inventory to our sales -- and he went above and beyond to change my mind about the app and its usefulness! We really like the app. It interfaces well, had some great support (especially getting discounts working) and does what we need it to do. For $10 a month, its saved us a lot of manual processing .. and therefore time.

We are using this app to sync our web orders to quickbooks and it is working great. Any issues we have had have been quickly resolved by contacting them via email.

This app easily addressed my goal of syncing orders from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. I had some pre-sale questions, and Kumar got back to me right away with answers and helpful suggestions. I considered several of the conduit apps, but this one seemed to be the most straightforward, the easiest to set up, and the most reasonably priced. Thank you for providing this needed functionality! (Update: ran into a few questions, and Kumar and Rushabh were very responsive and helpful - THANK YOU!)

Really responsive staff with their emails and they answered everything I needed. The one thing that was hard was that sometimes they would only respond at night so I wouldn't be able to move forward until the next day. Other than that, they were always helpful and setup everything properly for me. Highly recommend!
