This app is working great. I had a few issues getting it set up, but the support team was very helpful and responsive. Just FYI they respond better through email not over phone. After I got the issues fixed, the app has been working great, all the transactions seem to be transferring perfectly.

I have been using this on www.nootkas.com and it does a wonderful job of downloading all of my transactions to QBO as well as all of my payments. Their help line is very responsive and makes sure any problem you have is solved. Rob

** I have had this app since 2020, I have only ever had a couple of syncing issues and the company was very helpful and fast at replying, I COULD NOT handle all these transactions without it. ***update i've now had this app for a year. It still is the best thing ive ever done. **now ive had this app a few months, the back order sync has been finished, and anytime ive reached out for assistance the response has been fast and they have fixed everything. I have about 2000 orders a year, i have many forms of payment including partially paid app, and i was concerned that all the fees(shopify fees, stripe fees etc) were being allocated in the correct place, I have been checking my orders and seeing how orderly it is. the bulk shopify orders go into a shopify holding account,then it "matches" when your deposit comes in and takes the portion you keep out of the holding account and into your bank account, and the amount kept by shopify gets allocated to a "cost of goods sold-shopify fees" account. so much easier! now all i need is them to make one for keeping track of all my shipping fees and taxes, oh and for the Shopify website/app/ fees !! LOVE these guys. *** I have only had this app a few days, but the customer service has been outstanding! I had emailed them regarding a tax issue(orders from customers in other province that had ringed through in MY province were incorrectly mapping at their HST code instead of my local code) they had it fixed next day, and was very prompt in communication. I will review again after using this app for a while. But so far im very impressed! this is so far saving me a TON of work and headache.

I am a certified public account that owns several shopify stores and have used lots of other quickbooks integration software before but this one is the best I have found! The customer support is amazing Kumar is very fast with responding to any questions I have. The integration is very smooth and the process is very easy even if you are not a certified accountant. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to Bold.

This product delivers just as promised. Installed the program, completed the setup and waited for problems. There were none. In fact, through a support question with Quickbooks Bridge, they helped me solve a problem that I was sure would cost us a fortune. We need to track, report and reimburse on some of our products. Using Quickbooks Bridge, we are able to sync different product types into different Quickbooks sales accounts. Saving us a lot of time and money. Thank you Quickbooks Bridge!

I researched the options for QBO/Shopify linking for awhile because this isn't something you want to do twice and Bridge seemed the best choice. We've only been using Bridge for a short time but the install and configuration went very easily and so far have not needed any customization. I personally loathe QBO (necessary evil) so anything to make the experience better is good for me! I've had a few questions just to understand the functionality and timing of data and received quick responses with clear information. UPDATE: We've been using the app for several months now and have had no problems (other than self induced). Great app and great support from Kumar. Very thorough help when we've needed it and those self-induced issues were identified and corrected easily. This is THE app to use for QBO and Shopify!

I had been using QuickBooks Sole Proprietor and needed to switch to standard QB to handle sales tax. This made the process super simple to import my records from Shopify and Kumar is assisting with bringing over all my historic data from my store. Super responsive support, easy to follow setup instructions, and over-all perfect solution. 5 stars all the way!

Updated 2/6/24: We had a new requirement to collect sales tax in additional states. We had an issue integrating with our QuickBooks Online tax rate. Abhi quickly solved the problem on the back-end (same day) and fixed retroactive orders. He then fixed the front-end so we can map on our own in the future. We hardly have issues or requirements, but when we do, Abhi and team are always incredibly responsive. Original: We're using this app for two different Shopify stores, and the functionality is significantly better than the previous app we were using. Both stores automatically sync, vs. the prior version would only sync one or the other, so we had to regularly re-connect one of the stores, which defeats the whole point of automation. Setup had some challenges, though Kumar worked through everything to our satisfaction, ensuring the app fully meets our needs. His support has been fantastic. Not once has he said, "The app's not designed to do that; you're out of luck". If we encounter what we consider missing functionality, he's found a way to make it happen. Thank you, Kumar, and everyone at QuickBooks Bridge.

This app is fantastic. It works perfectly with my Quickbooks online. Kumar has been incredibly helpful, and has made some customizations to our import of data from Shopify to QBO. I would highly recommend Quickbooks Bridge to anyone who values their time, as this app saves me hours of manual data entry, reconciliation and headaches!

This is by far the best experience we've had with any app on Shopify. Everything just works. Not just the app's functionality itself, they really care about you and try to help you with your problems. We switched from another QuickBooks app, which was very confusing to use and had bad service. This left us with a bunch of data created in QuickBooks which would have taken hours to delete manually. They offered to write a custom task for us to do just that. They also helped us with accounting and explaining the optimal way to set up and use QuickBooks. We also had some really interesting totally off topic conversations in the live chat, which was a first for us. If that hasn't sold you yet, the app itself is fantastic. The UI is intuitive and it is hard to set it up wrong. And as of right now, the app is more advanced than the pictures and description show. It's also way cheaper than the alternative options. I was using another app to transfer my Shopify sales to QB but switched over to Quickbooks Bridge when their price went up. I wish I had done it sooner. The app is straightforward to use and Kumar is fantastic at providing follow-up service and advice. I highly recommend this app.
