The customer service is amazing! We have had a few minor things arise and they have always been on top of things, providing help and fixing the issue. Highly recommend!!!

We received your email late Friday and reviewed the matter at the earliest opportunity. Upon investigation, we found that one order did not sync due to an error returned from QuickBooks. The issue has now been resolved, and our team has shared the detailed explanation with you via email. Additionally, we have implemented an enhancement so that if this specific sync error occurs again in the future, our app will automatically attempt a resync to help prevent similar situations.
