I have been using this app for several years, very few issues until now. Orders are not syncing even after multiple attempts. The biggest disappointment is there lack of customer service, they are on the other side of the world so any resolution is 12 hours away at a minimum. They seem highly focused on completing the service call then they are at actually focusing on the issue to ensure the app is functioning properly. I sent screen shots today, still waiting for answers!!

We received your email late Friday and reviewed the matter at the earliest opportunity. Upon investigation, we found that one order did not sync due to an error returned from QuickBooks. The issue has now been resolved, and our team has shared the detailed explanation with you via email. Additionally, we have implemented an enhancement so that if this specific sync error occurs again in the future, our app will automatically attempt a resync to help prevent similar situations.
