The customer service is amazing! We have had a few minor things arise and they have always been on top of things, providing help and fixing the issue. Highly recommend!!!

Poor customer service, no response to my email related to unsynced orders.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the order sync issue and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We received your email late Friday and reviewed the matter at the earliest opportunity. Upon investigation, we found that one order did not sync due to an error returned from QuickBooks. The issue has now been resolved, and our team has shared the detailed explanation with you via email. Additionally, we have implemented an enhancement so that if this specific sync error occurs again in the future, our app will automatically attempt a resync to help prevent similar situations. We truly value your continued association with us since 2023 and appreciate the many constructive discussions we have had with your team regarding your sync requirements and their implementation. The customer service is top notch, as the Parex team has solved all the issues/problems that have come up. The App does what we need it to, every now and then there are issues, which seem to stem from the QuickBooks side. Thankfully, the support is great.

This app has been an incredible time saver. Reconciling orders at month end/year end is seamless. Their customer service is remarkable. They provide detailed explanations and help to problem solve any issue that may arise. I ran into some challenges when I updated my QuickBooks program, and Mahek and his team were a tremendous help. I would recommend this app( more importantly the customer service/personel running it) to anyone.

Easily moves transactions and purchase orders in QBD from Shopify. App staff is great with helping setup. Made the transition to Shopify POS great.

We are very pleased with this app. It works as described in sync’g Shopify orders into QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. The support folks are great, very responsive and easy to work with! Will recommend to others. 4 thumbs up!

Excellent app for QuickBooks and Shopify POS. Had a little problem with mapping sales taxes but their customer service helped solve the problem. Everything is running as it should, Perfectly.

Tech support is super helpful and responds rather promptly and thoroughly. We just started using the app, but so far it appears that it will be a huge improvement and time saver compared to our previous integration.

I love this app, and the customer service from Mahek is fantastic. This app saves me hours of unnecessary work. After working on the settings, I needed some tweaks made. Mahek took care of it all on the back end and now I'm loving it!

This application is functioning well. We have a complex amount of data to move regularly across these platforms. The service and response times have been on point and bring resolve. Good product. Open minded approach to adjust as needed by the individual business model.

Love it....I initially thought it would be difficult to set up but it was not. This app has streamlined so many things and allowed me to concentrate on other duties besides data entry. Support is terrific. Thank you so much....is worth every penny ;-)
