After spending several days testing two other integration apps, this was the first solution that worked properly for our Shopify to QuickBooks Online setup. The integration was straightforward to configure, and key areas like tax mapping, discounts, and order-level behavior were easy to understand and control. Taxes mapped cleanly into QBO, discounts posted correctly at the order level, and transactions flowed through exactly as expected. Inventory and product data also sync cleanly and can be scheduled as frequently as needed. Their support team was also excellent—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. When questions came up during setup, I typically heard back within a couple of hours with clear, actionable guidance. Once enabled, the automations were reliable and required very little ongoing management.

We battled with the QuickBooks free integration for Shopify for years, having to manually fix issues on a daily basis and add compensating controls to handle integration errors and omissions. We worked with, and tested several paid solutions, without success due to us being in Canada and collecting/remitting sales tax/VAT internationally which no application/vendor could handle. MyWorks and the MyWorks team are incredible. In a relatively short period of time, we have full integration working between Shopify and QBO. Not only is it handling multi-currency, it is also handling the sales tax/VAT perfectly. So yes, the product is awesome! But very importantly, the support we have received over the past month has been nothing less than amazing. The responsiveness of the MyWorks team is the best I have experienced ever. :)

Highly Recommended*****Great product that does exactly what it says it does. We had been using a "free" competitive product previously, but it wasn't reliable and didn't sync everything we needed to truly save time and costs. MyWorks has worked 100% and was so easy to set up.

Amazing time saving Software. Straight forward in setup with some really handy options in doing so. Not to mention a customer service team who are REALLY dedicated to helping their customers. Couldn't be happier with both the App and the communication with the Customer Service team. Thank you all at MyWorks!

Stop messing around with other Quickbooks syncing apps. I went through two other apps before finding MyWorks Sync and I wish I would have found them from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if I had. The other apps I tried are lacking in features and support. I was losing faith in finding a proper solution and then I happened to stumble upon this app. The app is great and the support is even better. Don't waste your time, resources and energy with other apps. If you do, I promise you'll be back downloading this app, wishing you would have done it sooner. I don't write many reviews, let alone this long. You have to really earn it, and this app and the support has definitely earned it.

The app seems pretty easy, once you get to know it. I just wanted to let you know, I had a zoom scheduled with Peter this morning. He was sooo nice, extremely helpful---above and beyond! I just had to let you know.. He answered my questions and guided me through so smoothly! He was great!!!!! Then he answered some email questions in such a timely manner, I'm truly blown away by his customer service and the emails I received from the rest of your staff! Holy Moly. You guys need to start your own POS system, because if you have people like this, you would have a monopoly on customer service and ease of use on an app! Thank you for not sending me to a "bot"!!!! Peter ROCKS!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! MyWorks Software has been a complete game changer for my business. The integration between Shopify and QuickBooks is seamless, within just a few minutes, every transaction is synced, along with my inventory, receivables, and even net terms. I’ve never experienced such efficiency before, and it has saved me countless hours of manual work and headaches. On top of the product itself, the support team is simply outstanding. From day one, their onboarding process stood out, especially the 1:1 call support that made everything clear and easy to implement. A huge special thanks to Shaun Westley, who guided us patiently through the setup and made sure everything worked perfectly. Been using it for a couple of weeks and works great. Complex needs of B2B, DTC and POS on our end and it checked all boxes and more. Integrated in Shopify so seamless user experience. Awesome support team (Peter) made the setup quite simple and very efficient.

I was looking for an app that could sync my wholesale orders from my Shopify Store to QuickBooks Online, and I finally found a fabulous solution with MyWorks! They have been super helpful, and they have so many specific settings that allow you to customize how you want the sync to work. They have also been super helpful with specific requests, and their support is TOP NOTCH! Which is not always the case with apps that you install with Shopify - which can be very frustrating so they have made my life and business so much better!

Brenda and Peter were so incredibly helpful with their demos and setup call - this is a very friendly team, and I appreciate their product and their willingness to take feedback and then work to implement it. I love that they have a free plan although my needs require me to go to a higher tier, it's nice to see them helping small businesses. I recommend this app!

The team at MyWorks is outstanding. They are always on the spot with support. I've tried several QB sync apps, and this one is by far the most accurate and "kind" to my QBO. No additional janky accounts or customers added that junk up the system. Thanks y'all!

We use the sync for Shopify and QB Desktop and it works great! It has greatly reduced my workload and it seems really reliable and easy to understand. Plus, they keep adding features that make it even better. Recently they added the ability for Shopify Collections to sync to QB Class which is useful in our operation. It handles the full transaction including fees for most payment methods we use so when we go to make the deposit we only have to match them to the payouts and the fees are all automatically entered.
