I want to express our appreciation for QuickCEP, which has greatly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The platform's intuitive design, smooth operation, and comprehensive functionality have made it easy for our team to get started. The integration of consulting channel ports has allowed us to address customer issues more effectively and provided valuable insights through data analysis. The AI-driven interactive short videos have been particularly impactful, significantly boosting customer engagement and conversion rates. We also look forward to the introduction of the email customer satisfaction data export function for more objective analysis. The app functions as advertised and the chat bubble integrates well with different locales. However, the performance impact is significant. After implementing the app, our CWV and Lighthouse scores dropped from the 90s to the 60s, which is a major concern for our site's performance and UX. While the app works, the performance hit makes it impractical for us to continue using it. Improvements in this area would make it much more viable. EDIT 1: Despite assurances from Clio that "If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out. Our technical team would be happy to communicate with you directly," my request to connect with the tech team was never fulfilled. Unfortunately this promise seems to have been a bluff, as my emails are now going unanswered. For anyone reading this review: you don't have to take my word for the performance drop. Simply open Chrome in incognito mode (to avoid interference from other extensions), go to Dev Tools, and run a Lighthouse mobile test. Then install the QuickCEP app and repeat the steps. See the performance drop. If you don't care about Google's important ranking factors like page speed, or users potentially closing the browser due to long loading times, then feel free to install this app. I will update my review if I receive help or a solution from the tech team, who are currently unresponsive.

QuickCEP is a product I have been looking for all the time. It integrates many channels and functions, such as social media, online, email, telephone, email, whatsapp, etc. On the one hand, we do data analysis and user operations in a unified manner. Quickcep has significantly enhanced our company's operational efficiency. The incorporation of consulting channel ports has enabled us to address issues that customers have not conveyed through emails, providing a more intuitive view of customer inquiries through data. We hope that QuickChip can promptly introduce the email customer satisfaction data export function, allowing for a more objective analysis based on user evaluations. Many features of QuickChip are still being explored. Special thanks to Lee, a colleague from QuickChip's system integration team, for his timely assistance and response to various challenges we encountered during the initial stages of system implementation, which facilitated our swift adoption of the system. We originally used Zendesk, but later chose QuickCEP. They are very professional, and the overall backend process is very clear. They also have powerful AI functions. The account manager is very responsible and will help us with settings and guidance. Highly recommended!!!
