QuickCEP's bot will guide customers to leave their email addresses and some basic information, and I can do email marketing based on this information. I would I really like this app. It's an one-stop marketing app for shopify merchants, which integrates chatbot, email marketing, email automation, customer categorization and analysis into a whole. I can use it to tag and manage my customers, can offer prompt feedback to my customers. Honestly speaking, I'm tired of so many apps of Shopify. While this app can generally meet all my basic marketing need. I really like it. It will be better if it can be cheaper and provide more readable instructions.

We've been testing and using this software for about one week, and finally it is set up and put into use. Currently we just use the chat&comment and robot features, and there are some pros and cons about this application. Pros: 1. It has some basic flows that help us build our own, which are really helpful and intuitive. 2. The response from the support team is very prompt, and they correct and update in an impresive speed. 3. We could clearly see the statistics for the using of the flows and further optimize them. Cons: The robot is still unstable like sometimes some parts of the flows would repeat automatically. But it was solved by the support team. Needs more tests and updates. Overall, we are satisfied with it and hope it could become more user-friendly and functional. In the future, we would try other features to make full use of this software and see how it goes.
