QuickCEP has helped me solve the problem of communicating through multiple channels, which used to be a constant source of frustration for me. Additionally, they have the capability to integrate the GPT large model, which has helped me establish a 24/7 customer service system. On WhatsApp, they have connected with API accounts, allowing me to send marketing messages to groups without worrying about being banned. The results have been extremely positive, and I am very grateful to QuickCEP.

When I first saw the QuickCEP application, I felt that it was relatively new and I had never seen it before. I tried it for free with the mentality of giving it a try. It is very convenient to integrate shopify, and I installed it after the steps. I didn't hold out much hope for the new product, but I didn't expect it to be so powerful. QuickCEP integrates multiple different chat channels into one page. When chatting with customers from different channels, there is no need to constantly switch pages. And customers who visit the independent website can communicate with us directly. QuickCEP's bot will guide customers to leave their email addresses and some basic information, and I can do email marketing based on this information. The most important point is that QuickCEP can automatically label customers to divide groups, realize customer behavior analysis, and gain insight into customers to help me accurately carry out business activities.

QuickCEP is a pretty good product, with enough BOT templates, it fits our business scenario. Especially with active customer activation and lost customer recovery, we need it. Thanks for the help it brings to our business, the only regret is that the number of email templates is relatively small at present, and I hope to enrich more email templates in the future.

QuickCEP has 3 core functions which helps to optimize my website greatly. It's easy to schedule the bot and FAQ parts. The most amazing part is that it even can receive all the message which are from social media as long as you set them up and connect to your account. In a word, it is functional and helpful. We've been testing and using this software for about one week, and finally it is set up and put into use. Currently we just use the chat&comment and robot features, and there are some pros and cons about this application. Pros: 1. It has some basic flows that help us build our own, which are really helpful and intuitive. 2. The response from the support team is very prompt, and they correct and update in an impresive speed. 3. We could clearly see the statistics for the using of the flows and further optimize them. Cons: The robot is still unstable like sometimes some parts of the flows would repeat automatically. But it was solved by the support team. Needs more tests and updates. Overall, we are satisfied with it and hope it could become more user-friendly and functional. In the future, we would try other features to make full use of this software and see how it goes.
