Very nice and fast application. Especially in terms of support, whether it is a return to e-mail or live support, it is always with you. Omar from live support was very helpful, he was with us from the beginning of the process. An indispensable app for Etsy integration.

I decided to try this app as adding products to both Etsy and Shopify is very time consuming. Joseph was my support agent and he was so friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. He also answered all of my questions very quickly to make sure the app was right for me. This app will save me so much time, I definitely recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! This has been a nightmare. Listing Titles, Descriptions (Bullet Points) and Images all needed repair. Your so-called “Fetching” erased a significant portion of my 7 year old Shopify SKUs. It will take weeks to repair. I didn’t think it possible for QuickSync to destroy BOTH my Etsy Store and my Shopify Store. Your “Order Syncing” is nonexistent without contact information, billing and shipping addresses. A non-starter. One Customer Service Rep was so rude and unhelpful, he would not last a day in my employ. (I think you can figure out who this is by reading the entirety of the 5 day thread of issues). QuickSync’s performance would be laughable if it weren’t so sad. I will reach out to Shopify to let them know my experience.
