At first everything seemed fine, but then the app was not understood and Diana's service was very bad. The app synchronizes what it wants, there was no way we could upload the products we wanted to Etsy and there was no solution.

Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.

Integration was easy, albeit a bit slow. Khaled stuck around and helped through the whole process and answered my questions clearly/quickly. **UPDATE** Inventory syncing only worked one way. Editing Shopify inventory will change Etsy stock levels but Etsy sales weren't being reflected on Shopify. Etsy then read positive inventory for items that were actually sold out and then autorelisted, charging additional listing fees. Contact Customer Service and Omar was incredibly unhelpful. Had to repeat myself multiple times and still got no solutions. I will be uninstalling and seeking a new solution.

Worst experience. Every time when order comes in, the order is synced but the inventory is not updated. I have to manually go and update the inventory so that product is marked Out of Stock. Reached multiple times to support staff but they are not helpful. Still its an open issues and no one is helping form support team to resolve it.

**⚠️ ATTENTION!!!** Be very careful with this app, especially if you manage a large number of products. It syncs your shop, but product variants will be delivered without their pictures, which you’ll have to manually fix yourself. Navigation is confusing—my entire Etsy shop (580 listings, 3200 products) was imported into Shopify, and now I have to manually assign categories for every single product. The worst part: this app completely messed up my inventory on Etsy. It changed product quantities, for example: where I had 33 pieces total, it now shows 33 pieces **for each color**! After hours of discussions and promises from support (Omar, Khaled, Jayson) to fix or at least provide a backup, **nothing** was done. Finally I got answer from them: unfortunately there is nothing to change. Now I’m facing a week of manually fixing everything myself. Absolutely horrible experience, and I’ve never dealt with anything this bad. Avoid at all costs!

Garbage. I have no any different words. If you're looking for problems on your head, go ahead. Listings syncing between Etsy and Shopify with a lot of errors. Sometimes its not sync description informtion, sometime its not transfer SKU, sometimes not all of colors vary. I lost 3 days figure out what is going wrong: after syncing products from Shopify to Etsy all of listings were broken, that was impossible. I must create all of new listing and post in on Etsy.

Very dangerous app, all my Etsy products have been deactivated because synced in wrong direciton. Employees are nice and quick but do not take the proper safety precautions.

Really not a great app, I had high hopes for this but sadly I have had numerous issues. My products seemingly all synced up fine for a while until I started getting orders where I didn't have any stock left. I checked on the app and basically whenever anyone places an order off either my Etsy or my Shopify, the items that they ordered would be 'un-synced' and I would have to manually update the inventory and then re-sync the products every time. I did contact the support on numerous occasions, and despite them being lovely and quite happy to help, my issue has never been resolved and its been nearly a month now. I am coming to the end of the free trial they offer but I will be cancelling before any payment comes out as sadly as it stands, the app is useless as I am having to manually update my stock still. I will also note that I've been having issues with items being 'deactivated' on my Etsy when they haven't sold out since installing this app too. I cant say for certain that this app is the cause but it started happening around the same time I downloaded this + other reviewers are also stating the same issues.

Its been 2 days and my product are still not completely synchronized and imported in Etsy. Everything you want to do has to be done with customer service. I am very unhappy with this app and service, as they told me three times already that the products are synchronized. And I have been asked for a review before the export process has been done. fyi

This app is awful. Taking a week to get my Etsy listings imported to Shopify and have tried with multiple agents a dozen times and still the app is creating multiple listings of the same product and listing items available that have been sold out for ages.

I can not fathom why this app has so many positive reviews. Inventory does not sync despite the dashboard saying the products are synced. Inventory on both platforms has not changed to reflect that they synced. The user experience of the app is bad. It is not laid out intuitively and has no help section which is essential. Thankfully I got it set up with a little time. While the chat feature is present and nice, if your app makes such a bad first impression why would anyone be bothered reaching out? We run businesses we are not trying to sit tethered to a chat to ensure a product we are paying for is doing what it’s supposed to.

It has been seemingly randomly adding products into our inventory? We haven't made any Etsy sales so I uninstalled it today, but we kept overselling products and every time I looked at adjustment history, the adjustment came from this app.

I never expected anyone to tell me certain things about the app, remember how important your budget is, the number of products you have in your store, and knowing how Etsy works. If you don't know these 3 things, and you act for yourself. I suggest that you do absolutely nothing without knowing those 3 things to the letter. You don't want to go into debt (like me) due to lack of information. It is extremely risky. Don't touch anything if you don't understand it. I know you want to do it quick and easy, but definitely trust me, you don't want to have to pay thousands and have no one solve your situation.

Over the past decade, we have built numerous Shopify stores. However, we find it unfortunate that Shopify forces its users to rely on third-party apps to increase revenue. If you are an experienced seller with a large inventory, and you need to run various pricing levels to combat inflated marketplace fees, we recommend using a better application. Although the live support staff is excellent, they cannot help you scale your Shopify store with Etsy. Furthermore, the constant request for a 5-star review gets old quickly. It is cringe-worthy to receive a request for a 5-star review as soon as you install the application.

Don't bother to use this app if you are trying to sync digital products. The app doesn't work for digital products. I asked about this before I installed the app and was told the app could do what I needed. Then, I installed it and wasted 2 hours trying to get things set up, only to discover that the product doesn't work for digital products. I then got two different stories from support about whether the app will or will not work. When it was made clear that I was annoyed with the runaround over if the app works with digital products, the app was delisted for a day for a "planned" update.

I have used a lot of these types of apps and mostly they are good. With Quick Sync it started ok, there's not much functionality and it seemed to work. Unfortunately it let me add my inventory to Etsy twice which cost me but I was happy to take that on the chin. The problem was with order syncing. I kept getting errors saying the province code wouldn't sync and so the order wasn't pushed. After repeated requests for a fix, they just kept telling me each order was pushed now but didn't fix it. When I made a big deal of this they didn't address it or give me feedback on the ticket. When I chased they said they emailed me, which was clearly a lie. They could find a copy of the email to give me. Problems with syncing are ok if you have 5 orders a day, but when you get 50 it is unworkable so I decided to use someone else. I guess the real problem is Customer Services, they can't fix anything so say they are passing it to the devs and you don't hear anything. It's like a black hole.
