The app is very helpful for Product Management over Shopify + Etsy. For the support, Omar is the man. He was very helpful and could solve all my issues.

Haven't fully used the app yet, but so far the customer service rep Joseph has been very helpful in streamlining the setup process for me via the chat. Everything seems to be syncing over smoothly now! :)

White Glove Service - In the middle of trying to figure out how everything works, their customer service messaged me and basically did everything for me.

I didn't have things syncing like they should, but Ryan got everything updated for me and updated my settings to transfer my etsy status to shopify. love not having to do things manually!!
