Khaled was so helpful, understood what I. needed. Informed me of any costs and asked if that was ok to go ahead. I appreciated this and hung back until I was happy with the work. Thanks Khaled for saving me hours.

App is great for syncing listings from etsy to shopify but unfortunately i wasnt able to use as my listings were all deactivated on etsy and they need to be active listings to be able to sync. But Omar was very helpful with support for using the app so if I win my appeal with etsy I will download this app again to use

The app is a little difficult to sync and figure out without any help. Honestly, I wish I would've utilized the chat system. The gentlemen helped me within seconds. It was seriously so easy.

Just had Joseph assist with this app. No issues at all and his customer service was fantastic. I ended up not using Etsy due to their high fees. The extra money saved I can you in Google Ads.
