My name is Jules Petroz I own a shop in geneva Switzerland Apple Boutique and I have a website appleboutique.com I used QuickSinc to import my products on Etsy it worked great and i am very happy with them, except that I have problems with Etsy which is a terrible company with no support or communication at all I strongly advise you to stay away from Etsy. They don't even want to close my account ??? QuickSinc has a great support platform and they helped me as much as they could to solve my problems with Etsy without success. Thank you very much to QuickSinc team.

I'm new to Etsy integrations and some of my products were not syncing among other things. One of their agents Joseph Morris was amazing! He helped me through the process and did everything for me that I did not know how to set up. Once again thanks for your amazing help.

I recently installed the app and was impressed by the exceptional customer support I received from Omar, who was attentive, responsive and ensured that my requests were resolved in a timely manner.

Omar was okay at explaining the instructions overall, but he failed to mention at the beginning that products without SKUs wouldn't upload correctly. Because of this oversight, I was charged twice by Etsy, which could have been avoided with clearer guidance.

Great customer support for this app. Joseph live-chatted me immediately and helped me get it set up. He patiently answered all my questions. This app is able to do what the competitor app isn't able to do. We wanted to sync Etsy orders to Shopify. There is still some limitations due to what customer info Etsy is allowed to share with outside apps (customer address, shipping type) but the app is meeting our needs so far!
