The tech issues were extensive, but Joseph did an excellent job explaining what I needed to do despite additional communications glitches. He was very patient, solved my problem, and answered all my questions.

Wonderful experience so far. Customer service is AMAZING! Omar helped me right away when I had an issues. He was with me every step of the way. Omar was wonderful to work with. Thank you guys for being so great!

Excellent customer service provided by Joseph. As soon as I installed the app he readhed out to help me with set up. He made the whole process so easy to do and was so patient answering all of my questions. Im so glad I found this app!

This app duplicated HUNDREDS of Etsy listings from my Shopify store, auto put them as active, and cost me so much in listing fees. 0/10 this app shouldn't be allowed on the Shopify app store

Great customer service. The chat button was particularly helpful in syncing my listings from etsy to shopify. The app was a bit slow though but Omar helped accelerate the process. Thank you.
