I believe the online service was great. I was assisted by Joseph. He was knowledgeable and insightful. My Shopify to Etsy sync went flawlessly. I look forward to their updates that will add more range and control of the products being synced to other store platforms.

Amazing customer service and support today! I was stuck at syncing and Joseph went over and above to help me quickly resolve my issue. He was pleasant, helpful and very polite. He is a great person to have supporting the customers here. Thank you!

I just set up our shop and received a message from Omar to see ifhe could help in anyway. He was so helpful and fixed my errors quickly and efficiently. He literally popped u on my screen and asked if I needed any help, and I'm glad he did. He was quick, helpful and efficient. Great customer service. Thank you

I recommend this app because the person who was handeling my issues with Etsy was very professional but he is from quick sync not from etsy

What lovely helpful success orientated assistance from Joseph. He stepped me though each part of the process and advised me of the best course of action and added a cost saving exercise. Great support and quick easy installation. If I do come back to Etsy via QuickSync I will have no hesitation in asking for support if Joseph is there!

Shame on you. Not only are you reverse syncing without my permission, your support staff refuse to escalate this to the developer. I have lost thousands or dollars with you not being able to sync. You will be hearing from our attorney. This is a horrible app and will cost you a lot of revenue in the long term if you have issues.

The app has been quite helpful so far - Support from Joseph was great in helping with the initial setup. We have a large catalogue so this integration was key for activating our shop.

I had an amazing experience with Joseph! From the start, he was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in setting up my Shopify-to-Etsy integration. Joseph's communication was excellent, and he made sure I understood every step. He even suggested enabling automatic product sync to make things easier for me. His honesty about Etsy fees was also greatly appreciated. Overall, Joseph provided outstanding customer service, and I genuinely look forward to working with him again.
