Great experience so far - the integration seems pretty seamless, and I'm excited to have my products and orders sync between Shopify and Etsy with fewer manual requirements. Joseph was extremely helpful in the onboarding process.

I did encounter some issues with the app, and it took a while plus 3 customer service reps to solve the issue for me hence deducting one star. There are still some technical limitations, so expect some manual work. But being able to live chat and quickly get support is nice.

I’m really impressed with how practical and easy to use this app is! It has made syncing between Etsy and Shopify so much smoother for me. I also occasionally share my suggestions and ideas with the team, and they’ve always been open and responsive. One thing that would take it to the next level is having a ticket system to track all ongoing requests and topics — that would be absolutely amazing! Overall, highly recommend this app and their wonderful team.

The integration platform is very easy to use, and the customer service has been terrific. Easily the best support and service I received for any apps that I integrate with Shopify.

Unreliable syncing, ongoing data corruption, financial loss — and now blame-shifting We installed QuickSync to connect Etsy and Shopify, hoping for a reliable syncing solution. Instead, we experienced repeated data issues over several months, including: Inventory syncing failures from October onward Incorrect stock levels showing on Shopify Multiple Etsy listings being merged into a single Shopify listing Duplicate SKUs generated by the app Etsy titles, photos, prices, and listing data overwritten without permission A US$240 financial loss due to incorrect price syncing Repeated “sync successful” emails when nothing had been fixed We reached out to support dozens of times, and each time we were told “everything is fixed,” even though the same problems continued. We gave the developer multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, including escalations to their senior technical team. The most concerning part came recently: Instead of taking responsibility for the errors, the support team attempted to pin the blame on us, claiming manual edits and duplicate SKUs — even though: We never assign SKUs (QuickSync generates them) Our titles and prices were correct before QuickSync overwrote them Our manual edits were made after the incident to repair the damage their system caused Shifting responsibility onto users rather than acknowledging system errors is deeply unprofessional and unsafe for merchants who rely on accurate inventory and data integrity. We have now been forced to close our Shopify store temporarily to prevent further customer impact while we clean up the damage. Use this app with extreme caution if your business relies on correct inventory, pricing, and listing integrity.

Omar is clearly on top of his game and extremely helpful. He makes it very easy to use the app, and goes out of his way to offer his support. When it comes to Shopify apps (which can be hit or miss) it is a step above.

I just installed this app and have to say I am very impressed so far! As soon as it was installed, Omar messaged me in the chat and immediately began syncing and uploading my products to Etsy. He was great! It was a very smooth process. I haven't used the app yet to see how the performance/syncing will be going forward but so far it is a better experience than I have had with similar apps I have tried.

This was an awesome experience!!! Joseph made the process seamless!!! He was very helpful and patient. He synched up all my products for me...this is the first time me doing this and it was so easy to do I wish that I had done it sooner. After creating everything for my Shopify I didn't want to have to go through that again for my Etsy so I would highly recommend this service....it was a game changer!!! And Joseph was amazing...so helpful and insightful!!!!

I'm a new customer to this App but so far QuickSync has been great! Omar reached out to assist me right away and was very helpful. It was awesome to see all our products from our Shopify store instantly show up in our new Etsy shop.
