Joseph and Diana were very helpful. It took me two days to Sync, only because I had to update my sku numbers before completing the process. I am looking forward to using this service!

This was a brand new experience in app set up... It was SO easy! As I began setup, I immediately had an agent reach out to me, before I even asked! Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my integration, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was awesome!! He even humored me on my quiz to determine whether or not he was a bot... and he passed! lol This is completely upping the customer service game for Shopify apps. Well done!

i was stumbling around not knowing what I needed when Joseph found me and walked me through the process of auto syncing that we didn't have setup. I wish everyone was this personable and helpful.

Great product so far and makes our job of migrating from Etsy store into Shopify in an easy way . As a busy small business owner, keeping track of inventory, syncing products, and managing orders can be overwhelming. Gasser to whom I've spoken to from their customer service have been so extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks!
