Joseph was absolutely amazing and very helpful! He assisted me in every aspect of this transaction. He showed empathy, he was with me the entire time, he made sure to reiterate if my issue was resolved, and he made me aware of being able to give him a review.

I have not used the app for long and my trial period is not even up yet but what I already like is that customer support is available 24/7, willing and ready to help. Thus far, Diana and Arianne have been very helpful.

This app has been pretty seamless as compared to others, and I find it generally easy to use. The best part is that Omar and the service team is awesome. They have 24/7 support and are their to guide and/or facilitate solutions right away. I've never had an issue. I would recommend this app for Etsy product syncs.
