So far the customer service and working directly with Joseph has been great. Great communication, seems like he's focused on one person/company at a time rather than jumping around. First day on the app but we'll see how it goes using the 14 Day Trial. We're still waiting on our product upload to see if it's as a seamless process that i have on Shopify. We're hoping the great customer service here matches the app's features.

Omar was extremely helpful and assisted us in exporting products from Shopify to Etsy. Omar was able to provide information that helped me learn about the process so it would be easier the next time I need to export products.

So far the support has been very helpful. I reserve the right to edit this review later once I use the product longer. So far I am pleased with it. The staff is what is making it very easy to use.

Quick response and addressed the issue via 2 minutes of me contacting them. So far this app has been great and we are starting to see sales come in from our etsy store.

Omar was very helpful and efficient in resolving any issues I had! I was trying to bulk upload all the products from Shopify to Etsy but didn't have SKUs created for my product listings. Omar immediately diagnosed the issue, and helped me create SKUs that then allowed for the upload to Etsy within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this app!

So like WOW I have never had such good service online for anything. I had to export a few hundred vintage products from Etsy to Shopify and didn't want to waste time with reuploading all the images, not to mention the CSV process which is a little finicky. Omar, over chat, helped me so quickly and so efficiently, answering all my questions and resolving potential issues so fast - it literally could not have been better. This whole project was all done in less than 2 hours from finding the site to completed migration. I couldn't recommend this service more highly! (BTW I know all these reviews sound a little like bots wrote them but trust me it's just because really is unbelievably good!!) Use this service, you won't regret it!

Khaled was wonderful! I struggled to get my products to integrate so he took over for me and handled everything so quickly! He is patient, polite and just a pleasure to work with!
