I was having issues loading my products so I reached out to support & I was instantly connected to a support agent. The agent Arianne diagnosed the situation and resolved it for me quickly. Great communication & highly recommend

Joseph and Diana were very helpful. It took me two days to Sync, only because I had to update my sku numbers before completing the process. I am looking forward to using this service!

This was a brand new experience in app set up... It was SO easy! As I began setup, I immediately had an agent reach out to me, before I even asked! Joseph was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my integration, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He was awesome!! He even humored me on my quiz to determine whether or not he was a bot... and he passed! lol This is completely upping the customer service game for Shopify apps. Well done!

i was stumbling around not knowing what I needed when Joseph found me and walked me through the process of auto syncing that we didn't have setup. I wish everyone was this personable and helpful.

This app DOES NOT ADJUST INVENTORY AUTOMATICALLY. This is so important for businesses out there to be aware of. After syncing over 700 SKUs, having the app mix up inventory numbers (and recounting over 1000 products by hand) the app doesn't even adjust the inventory numbers that get sold. Going back to Trunk Inventory.

The integration was easy and I am very surprised to even get an offered support right away as soon as I installed the app. Joseph helped me through the whole integration and my products are synced seamlessly. Great app and greatest customer service.
