Honestly, Joseph in Customer Support was just wonderful. Literally replied to my questions (before signing up!) within a few minutes and guided me through everything step by step in such great detail. It's 10pm here in the UK and to get support so quickly and efficiently is amazing. Joseph, you are a credit to the QuickSync team and I really appreciate all of your assistance. I'm looking forward to integrating some of our products from Shopify to Etsy!

Wow, this app just made my day, my week, my month. I have been copying and pasting all of the information into carrier apps in order to do the shipping label. This is going to save huge amounts of time on my end. Love this app and it's only been a couple of hours. I'm sure there will be more things to love that I haven't even unpacked.

Omar has been very helpful with all of the questions I've had so far! I haven't gotten into the weeds of the integration yet, but the help I've received from customer service has been amazing!

I have to say that so far I am pretty impressed!! Right when I was feeling completely confused, a chat box popped up and a real live human named Joseph started assisting me!! He's transferring all my Etsy listing over to my Shopify - this should ease a lot of stress with managing both my Etsy and Shopify stores in one platform!! Can't wait to see how it works out, the other review look great so I'm feeling pretty optimistic!

I can confidently say that the customer service is superb! Omar helped me get everything set up. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to teach me how to use the app to meet my needs. The app appears to be excellent for managing my inventory and allows me to select specific collections to upload to my Etsy store using Shopify. It's my first day using it, but it seems really user-friendly. I'm grateful to have someone like Omar to assist me. Thank you!!

I have not used the app for long and my trial period is not even up yet but what I already like is that customer support is available 24/7, willing and ready to help. Thus far, Diana and Arianne have been very helpful.
