Overall this app has saved me time and has worked without much trouble. Joseph has been attentive at trying to help, and was great at listening to my concern about syncing issues regarding purchases. The app is a little pricey, and I am not sure how long I can continue, but for now I am enjoying its convenience and appreciate the support from Joseph.

I’ve had a great experience with this app! The chat support is super helpful, and they even offer email support if you need it. The syncing process is reliable, making it easy to keep everything up to date. Plus, the pricing is fair for all the features you get. I’d definitely recommend this app, even if you have over 1,000 products to manage!

Jayson was my support specialist, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful getting everything working for me. I am new at the online marketplaces so he was really able to help by displaying pictures and graphs of what he needed me to get done and was very understanding and held my hand through the process. Cant wait to get my feet on the ground and running! Currently finally in the process of getting everything linked/syncd over to my new Etsy from my Shopify stores

It did what they said but it caused me a lot of grief. When imported from Etsy to Shopify it will duplicate images. These duplicated images can sometimes be upwards of 100+ images. This means that you will have to go into the images and delete 100+ images on almost every listing one by one. When you have nearly 300 products this can be tedious to say the least! I will say that the rest of the items do integrate very well. The only other thing besides this bug fixed that I wish they had was a way to import Etsy Reviews. If that was a feature, I would have probably kept it. Their Support is okay so 3 stars I think is fair. Thanks

Joseph helped me sync all my products from our website to etsy. It seriously saved me so much time and energy that I now can put towards something else. As a small business I truly think that this is going to be a game changer in helping me save time!

Horrid app started cancelling historic orders from over a year ago and then creating mirror orders with brand new order numbers. Nightmare as the help desk are pretty useless and keep passing it on to dev, who you never get feedback from. They don't have a clue tech wise. The devs answer seemed to be just to cancel the phantom orders leaving me with no accurate back data. Tax and HMRC hell. I wouldn't go near these guys if I were you. App is a little buggy but works sometimes. No sure the inventory sync works either.

This is my second time receiving proactive help from the team with this AP. I have a lot to learn on how best to use the ap, but the service is always really good and the reps are so helpful! Today I received help from Omar and he was very quick, kind, and helpful. 5 stars! This ap seems to work much better than others I have tried, and you can not beat the customer service.
