The syncing process is reliable, making it easy to keep everything up to date. Plus, the pricing is fair for all the features you get. I’d definitely recommend this app, even if you have over 1,000 products to manage!

Jayson was my support specialist, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful getting everything working for me. I am new at the online marketplaces so he was really able to help by displaying pictures and graphs of what he needed me to get done and was very understanding and held my hand through the process. This is my second time receiving proactive help from the team with this AP. I have a lot to learn on how best to use the ap, but the service is always really good and the reps are so helpful! Today I received help from Omar and he was very quick, kind, and helpful. 5 stars! This ap seems to work much better than others I have tried, and you can not beat the customer service.

I haven't really used the app enough to give it an accurate evaluation, but the app customer assistant, "Omar" has been very helpful in assisting me through the process. The only downside I see at this point is that I use my own domain name on my shopify store and the app is setup to link to a domain ending with .myshopify.com. This caused me problems which Omar assisted me with rectifying.
