So far so good. I haven't uploaded any products yet but Joseph sent me a detailed email (with photos) on how to do everything. And, beforehand he helped me through a couple of syncing issues and questions.

It feels like I am taking to a human not a robot, and that feels super nice. Thea is super helpful and a good commicator.

Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly. *However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours. Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed. Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.
