The QuickSync app is great, so helpful to be able to cross list items! The support staff are fantastic. So patient and friendly! They spend time to make sure you are comfortable using the app. Khaled got me started, very kind to accommodate my rudimentary computer skills! Omar has been amazing! He worked through trouble shooting with me and helped me add many more products. He even followed up a few days later to ensure things were still going okay and helped resolve a few more items. Great customer service and support! Highly recommend this app for ease of connecting shops and their superb support.

This app has been a game-changer for my online store! It's incredibly easy to use, and with just a few clicks, I was able to seamlessly connect my Shopify store to Etsy. The interface is intuitive, and it takes all the hassle out of managing listings and orders between the two platforms. What really impressed me was the support. Gasser, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with my setup. His assistance was prompt, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to expand their reach to Etsy without any technical headache!

This experience was great! My customer service representative, Khaled, was incredibly patient and helpful in answering all my questions and getting my mess cleaned up. Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!

Great app. What really sets this app apart, though, is the customer support. I had a few questions about the features, and Joseph, the support agent, went above and beyond to help me out. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Joseph made sure all my issues were resolved quickly, and his friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for sync to Etsy. And if you ever need assistance, know that you’re in great hands with people like Joseph on the support team!

This is one of the easiest and efficient apps I have used on Shopify. Khaled helped me during the sync and did great customer support. Totally recommend.
