This was actually very easy and a great thing to increase your product sales through different platforms by just creating one platform on shopify and link it with etsy. I was helped by Joseph Morris meanwhile setting up the store and linking it with Etsy and he is a blessing in disguise for me as he helped me so well throughout the process that everything went very smoothlymaking me learn the process and aware of minute every deatils, Thanks Joseph it wouldnt have been possible without you, really grateful to you.

At first glance, the app seems simple. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this simplicity isn’t necessarily beneficial for all users, as one might want to know what’s happening in the background of the app. However, when you connect with a support representative via chat, many things become easier to understand.

This app will allow customers on Etsy to purchase products that are out of stock at the sync'ed Shopify location. This has happened several times over the year with multiple attempts to get this resolved with the customer service team. They are well aware of this issue and simply re-sync the inventory as a temporary fix. This however just causes more problems and results in customers not coming back. I have incurred several unfortunate experiences with this app including losing my stores star seller rating due to the customers leaving negative reviews on the out of stock items, customer cancellations of orders, spent time having to manually update the inventory on Etsy to match what is have in stock on Shopify, and lost hours having to even recount inventory in my warehouse because the app integration will add stock sometimes instead of syncing properly to the location selected. It's a shame that I have communicated with their customer service team 6+ times, have well over 40+ screen shots of the errors through out the year, and still nothing has been done. I would not suggest anyone use this app unless you utilize a single location, but even then who knows.

I installed this app about 30 minutes ago, and with the excellent help of Joseph, the entire synchronization process just finished. The app has minimal settings, focusing only on the essentials, which means fewer chances for errors. A clear recommendation!

Great app! Super easy to set up and Khaled is extremely patient and helpful highly recommend for stores that already have Shopify presence and want to expand onto Etsy!
