Ich habe die App heruntergeladen und der Kundensupport ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Mitarbeiter Joseph ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

So far I'm pleased with the assistance trying to get my products synced from Etsy after they've suspended my account. I have a few steps to take but I like how resourceful Joesph is! Thanks!!

I have tried a different integration app and it was a nightmare. From the moment I downloaded this app, I can tell the service was going to be different. I immediately was greeted by Khaled and he assisted me through the entire process. Something that has taken me hours to do in the past, today has taken me no more than 10 minutes thanks to Khaled. Great service, great app. I Synced over 100 listings in a few minutes. Really happy with this app and recommend this one, as someone who has tried multiple different ones on shopify.

I've been super pleased with the service provided by everyone I've worked with through the chat support. Issues are resolved quickly and everyone has been extremely friendly. Arianne and Diana in particular have been super awesome. QuickSync saves me so much time. I can't recommend it enough.

Just got this app to connect my shopify store with my new etsy shop and it's super simple to use. The help was amazing when I ran into a syncing error. Arianne walked me through step by step and stayed on with me until the issue was fixed. She even helped me complete the sync to make sure everything was set up correctly to help me succeed. Great customer service for a simple and helpful app.

Easy integration, simple steps, no fluffing about its great. Had a few problems & questions but they were all solved & answered by lovely Jayson, he made the process go much smoother and more frictionless. I had a response within 2 minutes, I was shocked to say the least! Everything else was sorted shortly after. Fantastic support from Jayson and great app experience from QuickSync

Update: This app updates quantities wrong and marks products that are in stock as sold out. I've tried correcting quantities manually to fix the errors but then it happens again with other products. It seams when a product sells on Etsy it gets marked as sold out instead of updating with the correct inventory count.

My goal was to sync all products from Etsy to shopify. First there where some problems but all could be solved with help of the very good support. Thanks a look all people in support I chatted with.

The onboarding experience has been incredible! Joseph was my Customer Success Agent - he gave me very thorough instructions and stepped in to take care of most of the tasks himself. As for the integration of the app with my store, it was seamless and seems to be exactly what I need! I am excited to start using it. :)

This was super easy and fast to set up! As soon as I downloaded the app Joesph helped me right away. He was extremely kind and patient. Joesph even went out his way to help me further by sending me educational videos to set me up for success with selling on Etsy!
