Some of my products did not sync. Omar was very helpful and fast to answer all my questions and help me through the process. He was friendly and professionnal!

Questions were answered very quickly and when I said I wasn't ready yet, he said no problem and that he would be there when I was ready! I appreciate a non-pushy approach!

We got supported by Thea, she was the most kind and positive customer success agent that we encountered on Shopify ecosystem. She is a true problem solver and if there was an option to subscribe to the customer success agents for my future probable requests, I would subscribe to Thea without a second thought.

Wow, what can I say about the customer service? Joseph walked me through the entire setup process and did 99.9999% of the work for me, making sure I was all ready to go within minutes. Omar was great! I was a bit nervous syncing my Shopify store with my Etsy store, but Omar made it super easy. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

This was quick and easy process, Omar walked me through the setting up the shipping profile and then he personally made sure my products synced over to Etsy with no issues. I will stick with this app after the free trial.

Our experience has been very good. So far the App is very easy and quick to use, no issues. We are very happy with this App and Omar has been very helpful with any questions we had and the setup process. They also offer the ability to export your full catalog to another platform if you choose.
