I am starting with this app today. Tempting our chances on Etsy :) So, in order to install the app on our Shopify shop, I was assisted by Normie. Great support, really! Fast, pleasant and easy. Joseph was extremely helpful getting this set up for me, and very patient. He spent well over an hour on the chat waiting for my shopify store to update some things so that he could help on his end. Next thing you know, I started seeing products syncing to my Etsy store! So grateful for his help!

I was a little hesitant when the pop up of the agent came through but Omar reassured me it would be fine and he would be happy to help. I ended up needing help and he was Fantastic! If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Very good costumer service, The UI for the features needs some improvements, like add automatically the SKUs to the products need to be more visible, I had to reach out to the CS to show me where that is located.

I rated this app and the customer service as absolutely 5 STARS!!! My agent Joseph Morris guided me through a seamless transition from my Square shop to my Etsy Integration with ease. He was very patient with me and that relaxed me as I tried to follow his every instruction. I have used this app for quite some time now, and I would recommend it to anyone needing seamless integrations.

It's a great app so far. Joseph was very helpful. He gave me step by step guidance on how to sync products, selective syncing, pricing, etc. I highly recommend.
