Joseph I quick to help you to setup all your listings and will troubleshoot any errors. So far looks to be an efficient way to manage inventory across multiple platforms

Joseph the customer service agent really help me with this app. This app makes it so easy to sync all my products from my store to Etsy with a breeze with a busy life I live. I missed a step and he helped me out when i did realize that was the reason my products were not syncing.

Strongly recommend. I didn't know how to create new products in Etsy from Shopify. Joseph was very helpful and helped me with all the steps. He actually synced all products we wanted to do. Also, he sent me all the steps in email later. Sincerely appreciated his help.. Amit

Easy process! Khaled was very quick in responding to my questions and provided the responses I needed in the moment. I wish I could incorporate the reviews into integration. Khaled was able to help me work around this and move them over! Definitely would recommend using to transfer your store to Shopify

So far it's good. The importing looks good, will need to tweak a few things but it's still easier than relisting everything on Etsy from scratch. Omar was helpful and quick to respond to questions I had.

Joseph was absolutely wonderful! I didn't even know I needed the help until he popped up on my screen - a real person! I knew something on my shop was broken, but I didn't know how to fix it - but without even needing to put in a trouble ticket, there was Joseph ready to help! He was courteous and helpful and most importantly knowledgable. Within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. Holy cow, you cannot ask for better service these days! :)
