Highly recommend! I installed QuickSync to connect my Shopify site to my Etsy store and manage it all in one place. I ran into a problem while trying to connect my Etsy store which had to do with my product set up in Shopify and I had to reach out to customer service. Khaled held my hand through the whole process while researching and resolving the problem, right then and there. Super professional and knowledgeable and very kind. He walked me through every step until we got it resolved. Highly recommend them for the product and the customer service.

So we are hopeless with tech but wanted another store besides shopify so went with Etsy. then we needed an app to sync all our 1.8k products so we chose QS, I always am very sceptical of reviews but that's all i had to go on and WOW This app is SOOO GOOD...The customer service from Omar is just the best ...I Mean THE BEST... Thanks team QS for the help. seamless sync and explained every move with me Omar even went in the store and did Bulk edits for us 10 out of 10 5 star...Thanks Team OMAR!

I was blown away by the service I received from Joseph! I had deleted all of my listing from my website and felt extremely defeated when I reached out through the chat feature initially. He was there every step of the way and quickly initiated working to import my existing Etsy listings and put me in touch with Shopify regarding the rest of the product i had lost. I am beyond satisfied with the attentiveness and dedication he showed in working to help me in this situation! So thankful and would highly reccomend!
